Hello, my name is Romana Egan, I am a wife, mother and qualified dietitian living Longford in the heart of Ireland but originally from Brazil.
I have a postgraduate degree in Chronic Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) and am a nutritional therapist using the Sophie Deran method, which has a UNIQUE and innovative approach that focuses on changing eating behavior in a sustainable way, without prescribing restrictive diets and 100% based on scientific evidence.
My work differs from conventional dietitians, as it does not focus on calorie counting, but rather on YOU — the true source of your decisions and transformations. My approach aims to understand eating habits, as well as the emotional and behavioral foundations that impact your food-related choices.
